Located in South Norfolk, just 10 miles south of the cathedral city of Norwich, two individual properties enjoy delightfully rural settings close to Fritton Common, 70 acres of special scientific interest, home to rare insects and wild flowers, good for dogs and children to run free.

The Cottages

Friars Farm Cottage lies between the church and Morningthorpe Manor in the tiny village of Morningthorpe, opposite the main working farm, while Fairstead Farmhouse, 2½ miles away, offers total seclusion amidst farmland on the fringe of a tiny hamlet. Recently refurbished to a very high standard, both cottages are cosily heated with open fires and boast carefully coordinated interiors and a games room with table tennis. The spacious gardens are quiet and secure, making it safe for children and dogs.
